What is it?

There are loads of different martial arts out there from your more traditional Karate and Judo to your kickboxing and MMA (mixed martial arts) 

How do you do it?

You’ll need to go to a class that takes beginners and will be taught the necessary moves there.

Where can you do it?

Most gyms will offer classes in at least one martial arts if not more. You can find your local class on alldojos.com

What do you need to take part? 

There is a cost associated with most martial arts and but many classes have a pay as you go system is in operation. You might need to buy some protective gear such as gloves etc but most classes will provide them, but you may prefer to have your own.

Who would it suit?

Someone who likes an intense work out while at the same time learning some self defence.
