If you would like to gain practical tools and tips to look after your mental wellbeing and live the life you want, this free Wellness Workshop is the perfect opportunity for you.

Suicide or Survive are hosting a fully funded half day wellness workshop for 18-30 year olds in Dublin. The workshop offers young people a great opportunity to take time out and learn ways to look after their mental wellbeing.

The workshop is facilitated by people with lived experience of mental health difficulties, along with professionals working in the field of mental health and wellness.

What’s covered at the Wellness Workshop?

Topics covered on the day include:

  • Relaxation techniques
  • Mindfulness
  • Stress management
  • Understanding thinking processes
  • How to develop a wellness toolkit
  • How to create a daily wellness plan

Not only will you leave with plenty of new tips and techniques for looking after yourself, you’ll also receive a workbook to help you develop your daily wellness plan, along with a subscription to the Headspace App worth €100, so you can continue your mindfulness and relaxation exercises at home.

The workshop takes place on 14th October 2017 from 9:30am-1pm at the Little Flower Parish Centre, Meath Street, Dublin 8.

Places are free and are allocated on a first come, first serve basis.
