This month is Blue September and it’s all about raising awareness around men’s health and trying to tackle the fact that men are more likely to develop and die of cancer than women and that men are less likely to discuss their personal health concerns with family, friends or their GP.

So you can dare to go blue this month by getting yourself checked out and daring your co-workers and friends to do the same. Check out the Blue September website here for more on how you can get involved. You can also get updates from their Facebook and Twitter pages.

The website has a host of helpful info on issues affecting men's health and you can also check out some of the well-known faces supporting the cause and why they are doing so!
