The fifth annual BlueFire Street Festival is happening on September 23rd in Smithfield Square in the BlueFire Flagship.

"BlueFire is a youth-driven social enterprise creating innovative solutions to fostering integration in society." Their vision is to "help create a modern, positive, productive Dublin that celebrates and embraces interculturalism." 

Activities at the festival include; Irish bands, workshops, arts and crafts, games, and more, all of which are free.

Are you interested in volunteering for BlueFire?

Sign up for one of the many volunteer positions such as: talk series events coordinator, marketing assistant, corporate engagement officer, talk series videographer, community engagement assistant, corporate development and fundraising assistant, social media manager, graphic designer, administrator, bookkeeper, arts community engagement advisor, or the festival team.

If you're interested in any of the positions above, there’s a Volunteer Information Session is on Thursday 2nd February at 6:30pm in The Generator Hostel, Smithfield.

Along with hosting the annual festival, BlueFire is also launching Igniting Change series and the Changemakers Leadership Programme in March and May.
