Ways to drink less to feel better
This week SpunOut.ie is running an alcohol awareness campaign. The campaign aims to encourage you to take a step back and re-evaluate your relationship with alcohol. You might ask yourself how alcohol is effecting you and if there are there changes you'd want to make.
This can mean many different things to different people. You might think about how your drinking habits make you feel, or how these habits are impacting your mental health or your relationships. These feelings might lead to you thinking of cutting back on the amount you drink, changing your drinking patterns or the times you drink, or taking a break from drinking.
It really is about awareness, especially self awareness. This can be awareness for how much we are drinking, how it makes us feel, and how it's effecting our health and those around us.
