My Voice Matters is a national survey run by Mental Health Reform (MHR) on mental health services in Ireland.

MHR is a national coalition which seeks to drive reform of Ireland’s mental health services and the social inclusion of people with mental health difficulties.

The survey is made up of two parts, one survey for the people who use mental health services and one for their family members, friends and carers.

The surveys look at the three main issues of:

  • What services are available
  • Experience of services provided
  • How services could be improved

The aim of the surveys is to identify gaps in the mental health services. MHR then plans to campaign for improvements in these areas.

Interested in taking part?

You can find the survey here and fill it out anytime until the 28th of February 2018.

The survey is completely anonymous and takes about 15-20 minutes to complete.
