Description

ARC provides psychological, educational and practical supports to people with cancer and those who care for them, including counselling. Their three Centres are open for drop in and for Counselling, Acupuncture, Reflexology, and Manual Lymph Drainage appointments. They also have a range of online classes, talks and programmes for people with cancer and their families running on a regular basis. These include weekly stress management, relaxation, mindfulness and yoga classes via Zoom. They also provide a telephone support service and remote counselling. ARC offers support to men, women and children (aged 4+) affected by cancer and those who care for them.
