Dubheasa Kelly is Head of Governance and Strategy at spunout and is a member of spunout’s Leadership Team. She leads the Governance Team. 

Dubheasa has extensive experience in governance, compliance, safeguarding, and communications in the Irish charity sector. She has worked as a consultant working with charities, not for profits and social enterprises. 

She was also a member of the steering group for the development of the The National Youth Health Program Strategy 2018-2022 and a member of the Subgroup for Communication, Awareness and Recognition and Youth Steering Group of the National Volunteer Strategy Implementation Steering Group, Department of Rural and Community Development. She has been a member of the Association of Data Protection Officers Ireland since 2017. She is also a former President of the National Youth Council of Ireland and holds qualifications in Data Protection, Non-Profit Management, Leadership and Regional & Urban Planning.
