Mike is from Kerry and is a 4th year Computing student in IT Tralee. He has been part of the South West Action Panel since Spring 2019. He believes that working towards a better attitude around mental health is very important, which is what drew him to the Action Panel. He volunteers with Jigsaw and was Co-Chairperson of IT Tralee’s Spark Society, a mental health awareness society.
