Offline Workshops and Training for Young People, Youth Workers and Volunteers

About provides educational workshops and training sessions for those who work and volunteer with young people, as well as young people themselves.

These trainings exist to equip the youth sector’s workers and volunteers with reliable, evidence-based, non-judgemental information on topics relevant to, informed by, and created by young people.

A session typically includes facilitated dialogue, group activities, and information sharing.

We also provide’s online content as engaging offline workshops and talks for young people aged 16-25 to equip them with the information they need to live healthy and happy lives. can facilitate getting out to work with your young people on a range of topics.

Our workshop and training offerings are growing all the time. It is also possible to tailor or blend workshop topics to meet the specific needs of your group.


On average sessions last between 1-3 hours and can be held at your location or in some cases, hosted at our office. As an alternative to in-person training sessions we can also provide webinars or facilitation guides upon request for special circumstances.

Outcomes and Objectives

  • Prepare those working and volunteering with young people to feel informed and comfortable responding to a range of topics concerning people age 16-25.
  • Educate about offline and online services and opportunities for young people.
  • Provide’s online content as engaging offline resources to those working with young people.
  • Reduce stigma associated with seeking help for physical and mental health matters.
