It includes a mood diary, toolbox of evidence based techniques to reduce distress and automatic routing to emergency numbers if urges to harm continue.

BlueIce, was co-designed and developed with young people with a lived experience of self-harm. Content is informed by the psychological therapies of cognitive behaviour therapy (CBT), dialectical behaviour therapy (DBT) and behavioural activation.
