Description

Jigsaw supports young people (12-15 years) with their mental health by providing early intervention supports. This free one-to-one service is provided by a mental health professional. The top problems which young people attend for support include: anxiety, anger, relationship issues, depression, stress, isolation, sleep changes, low self-esteem, and thoughts of self-harm and panic attacks. Parents, guardians, and adults working with young people can contact a Jigsaw Service to discuss concerns they may have about a young person, and get information about the most appropriate support available. Jigsaw also runs an Education and Training programme to strengthen communities ability to support young people with their mental health. Find out more at www.jigsaw.ie.
