Downstrands Family Resource Centre provides a range of services, classes, and facilities such as counselling, social prescribing, family supports, parent, children and youth activities. They also provide low cost family therapy, play therapy, sound play therapy, child and adult therapy, psychotherapy, cognitive behavioural therapy, bereavement and separation counselling, suicide prevention counselling and family supports.
