Mindspace Mayo provides free and confidential support in person for young people aged 12-25 in Mayo.Our centre in the Market Square, Castlebar provides a welcoming space for young people to call in, get information or have a chat oneto-one with a support worker. If youre going through a tough time Mindspace can help. There is no issue too small to see us about.We also offer an outreach service in Ballina and Belmullet.You can refer to Mindspace yourself via our website, or by post, email, phone.
