Description

Social Anxiety Ireland provides those who experience social anxiety with the tools necessary to alleviate their distress and functionally engage with life. Social Anxiety Ireland (SAI) run a group-based intervention programme for young adults (16-19 years old inclusive). This programme was adapted from their CBT group intervention for adults.
