Description

The Eden Programme by Suicide or Survive (SOS) provides a free safe space for people 18 years and older to develop skills to monitor and manage their own mental health and move away from suicide as an option of choice in times of crisis. To apply for the Eden Programme, you can download the application form here. Please return your completed application to SOS by post to the address on the bottom of the form, or by email to [email protected]. If you would like SOS to send you an application form, please phone them on 01 2722158 and they will post one to you.
