Description

Jigsaw is a nationwide charity that offers free therapy to young people between the age of 12-25, as well as delivering a range of supports to parents, educators and those working with young people. Jigsaw delivers this work online and across 18 locations in Ireland, including counties Cork, Donegal, Dublin (x7), Galway, Kerry, Limerick, Laois, Meath, Roscommon, Offaly, Tipperary and Wicklow. Jigsaws therapy is delivered by a trans-disciplinary team of mental health professionals and aims to support young people as early as possible their mental health journey. Jigsaws work in the community is focused on increasing mental health knowledge, skills and resources of young people, and those around them, where they live, learn, work and play.
