Description

Sosad Ireland offers free counselling to people over the age of 16. If you are feeling suicidal, depressed, anxious, overwhelmed, are struggling with self harm or have been bereaved by suicide, Sosad want to help support you. Sosad's helpline opens 24/7 where you can speak to trained volunteers. Contact your local office to make an in-person appointment for counselling.
