Bodywhys The Eating Disorders Association of Ireland - is the national voluntary organisation supporting people affected by eating disorders and their families. We provide a range of non-judgemental listening, information and support services, as well as school talks, training, literature and webinars.Bodywhys support services include:- - Helpline 01-2107906
- - Email Support Service: [email protected]. Open 24/7.
- - Online chat-based support groups for people with eating disorders called BodywhysConnect (18+) and YouthConnect (13-18). We run a dedicated monthly chat-based support group for students.
- - Online video-based support groups (18+) for adults, with one group for people with all eating disorders and one specifically for those with Binge Eating Disorder
- - The Bodywhys PiLaR Programme (18+) is a free, 4-week, evidence-based psychoeducation and skills programme for family members supporting a person with an eating disorder
