Ireland's National Centre for survivors of torture, Spirasi. Through models of care, training programmes and alliances, Spirasi leads in rehabilitating asylum seekers and refugees who are survivors of torture. They offer specific counselling for 12- to 18-year-olds who have been victims of torture and are seeking asylum. Guardian consent a must.à
