Description

The Supporting An Anxious Child or Teen programme is run by ISPCC and delivered via the SilverCloud platform. The programme is free for parents or carers of young people between five and 18 years old. The programme teaches parents and carers helpful strategies to deal with worry and anxiety with your young person. Grounded in the proven principles of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and mindfulness practices, this programme equips parents, carers and young people practical tools to manage anxiety, and improve daily life. Each participant receives personalised, confidential guidance from a trained member of ISPCC Childline team, ensuring the right support at every step.
