Description

Togetherall is a free, anonymous online community where you can talk about whatever's going on — stress, low mood, anxiety, loneliness, or just a rough week — and connect with others who actually get it. Post about how you're feeling, reply to someone else, or scroll quietly and read along until you're ready to share. It's there 24/7, so whether you can't sleep at 3am or just need a moment to yourself, someone's around. Trained mental health clinicians are available around the clock to keep the community safe and supportive. You'll also get access to self-help courses and resources on things like anxiety, low mood, sleep and stress, so you can take small steps in your own time and feel more in control. Free for everyone aged 16–30 living in Ireland. You can join in minutes, and it's anonymous. Explore the community today.
