Dean Pegman Browne is a 17 year old who is a member of the East Midlands Regional Panel. Dean lives in Barndarrig which is a few minutes from Brittas Bay Beach in County Wicklow. He decided to join the Action Panel after seeing ads on Snapchat and thought about giving back to the youth of Ireland considering he has used SpunOut.ie in the past!
