Emma is currently the Head of Internal Communications for the HSE where she leads a newly formed team tasked with communicating with over 100,000 staff across Ireland. Previously she was the Head of Digital managing the development and delivery of the digital communications strategy across content, UX, social media, data analytics, digital marketing and call centres.
Prior to joining the HSE, Emma worked for Woolworths Group in Australia and Tesco in Ireland across a variety of eCommerce and marketing roles.
Emma holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business and French and a Diploma in Digital Strategy and Online Marketing.
Emma is Mammy to three little girls and spends most of her time running round after them. Any spare time she has is spent renovating her new home with her husband Ken and dancing with like no-one’s watching with Isla, Pippa and Evie.
