Ingredients
- Two large potatoes scrubbed but not peeled
Method
- Pre-heat the oven to 220°C / 425°F / Gas Mark 7.
- Wash the potatoes, then prick them all over with a fork.
- Bake in a pre-heated oven for 1.5 hours or until the inside is tender.
Optional fillings: cheese, tuna, minced beef, tomato, ham
