The Ballincollig Family Resource Centre works with communities and individuals to improve outcomes around mental health. The FRC offers a low-cost counselling service as well as play/art therapy along with a range of other supports services including parenting programmes.

The service supports people experiencing stress, anxiety, bullying, attachment issues, experience of trauma, domestic violence, ADD/ADHD, PTSD, relocation.
