Social Anxiety Ireland provides those who experience social anxiety with the tools necessary to alleviate their distress and functionally engage with life.

How does your service help people?

Social Anxiety Ireland (SAI) run a group-based intervention programme for young adults (16-19 years old inclusive). This programme was adapted from their CBT group intervention for adults.
