The centre provides one to one support for individuals, offers low cost counselling and therapy for people over 12 years old. People can access social and education opportunities.

Focus Family Resource Centre aims to create a positive environment where people are encouraged and supported to build their confidence, to meet their own needs, access their rights, fulfil their own potential and engage equally in society.

Forward Steps FRC provides information, low cost counselling, children play therapy supports, education courses and training opportunities, and domestic violence outreach service.

Men's Sheds are a place for men to connect with each other and improve their own well being. A ‘men’s shed’ is a community based project, where men can come together to learn, share skills and make long-lasting friendships together.

Neurodiversity Ireland is working to make schools and communities more inclusive for neurodivergent people. They have more information on what it means to be neurodivergent and resources to help empower and support neurodivergent people and their families.

The Irish Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals is Ireland’s leading animal welfare charity. The ISPCA prevent cruelty to animals, promote animal welfare and helps rescue, treat and responsibly rehome animals in Ireland.

Sligo Social Service provides family support services, housing services, counselling and open-access services in the Sligo area.

Mindspace Mayo provides free and confidential support in person for young people aged 12-25 in Mayo.

Our centre in the Market Square, Castlebar provides a welcoming space for young people to call in, get information or have a chat one–to-one with a support worker. If you’re going through a tough time Mindspace can help. There is no issue too small to see us about.

We also offer an outreach service in Ballina and Belmullet.

The Irish Stammering Association provides information and resources for people in Ireland who stammer.

Crosscare Migrant Project provides information, advocacy and support to Irish emigrants and people who have moved to Ireland.

Alone provides various support services to older people (60+) throughout Ireland, including housing support, tech assistance and befriending.

Volunteer Ireland provides support to local volunteer centres and information on volunteering opportunities nationwide.
