The Animation, VFX and Games Graduate Traineeship is a three-month programme for graduates who want to gain more experience in the industry.
What is involved in the Animation, VFX and Games Graduate Traineeship?
The Animation, VFX and Games Graduate Traineeship supports graduates in developing skills in the Irish animation, VFX, and games sectors. Over the course of the programme, each trainee will work in-house in the studio where they will receive practical training. They will also receive additional tailored training through Animation Skillnet and Screen Ireland. Some of the studios that have previously taken part in the programme include And Maps and Plans, Cartoon Saloon, Daily Madness, Lighthouse Studios, Piranha Bar, StoryToys and Jam Media.
The Traineeship offers a bursary payment of €400 a week to cover out of pocket expenses.
