Free exercise routines during COVID-19

If you are looking for ways to exercise during the COVID-19 (Coronavirus) pandemic, the NHS has a large selection of free workouts available online that you can do from home or in the park. Their fitness guides offer advice on strength and flexibility, ten minute workouts and couch to 5k, as well as a range of other exercise advice depending on your age and ability. Exercising daily can have a hugely positive impact on both our physical and mental health. Whether you are starting at the beginning or looking to try something new, you will be able to find reliable fitness advice on the NHS website.

If you are beginning a new exercise it is important not to over stretch yourself at the start. Begin with small amounts and work your way up as you you become more familiar with what you are doing.
