One in Four provides support to adults who have been affected by childhood sexual abuse: 

- Therapy for survivors of child sexual abuse and their families
- Prevention service for people who have caused sexual harm to children and their families
- Advocacy support for survivors of child sexual abuse who are engaging with the criminal justice, civil, or child protection systems

MyMind provides professional counselling and psychotherapy, face-to-face or online, without waiting lists or need to referral. Face-to-face appointments are available from 11 locations across Ireland and online in over 20 languages. MyMind's fees are based on income, with HSE-funded Low Cost appointments available to full-time third level students and anyone earning less than 25,000 per year.

Donegal Women’s Centre provides a space where women can pursue their own healing and development in a safe, caring and supportive environment.

Cork Counselling Services is a registered charity and non-profit organisation which provides professional counselling, psychotherapy and training services in the south of Ireland.
