Based at the Institute for Lifecourse & Society Building (ILAS), University of Galway, North Campus, Galway Recovery College offers recovery education to everyone. The college aims to support, maintain and promote positive mental health in the community and to foster hopeful positive conversations about human distress and the challenges associated with poor mental health.

Dublin North, North East Recovery College provides recovery-based education for mental health recovery. Working in communities to become trauma-informed and responsive to dual diagnosis.

ARCHES Recovery College is a community of mental health service users, family members/supporters, and mental health professionals based in Dublin and Wicklow. They offer a wide range of holistic supports, from courses on creativity and mental health recovery, to building resilience, to trauma informed care.

Galway Community Café is a free out-of-hours adult mental health service designed and run by people with lived experience of mental health challenges, and / or supporting those with lived experience.

Text About It is a free, anonymous, 24/7 messaging service providing everything from a calming chat to immediate support for our mental health and emotional wellbeing.

Jigsaw is a nationwide charity that offers free therapy to young people between the age of 12-25, as well as delivering a range of supports to parents, educators and those working with young people. Jigsaw delivers this work online and across 18 locations in Ireland, including counties Cork, Donegal, Dublin (x7), Galway, Kerry, Limerick, Laois, Meath, Roscommon, Offaly, Tipperary and Wicklow.
