Deep Blue Dip – for spunout

Take the plunge for youth mental health 🌊

Deep Blue Dip is a community-led fundraising and awareness campaign from spunout that invites people across Ireland to step into cold water – the sea, a lake, a river, or even a cold shower – to stand in solidarity with young people and support youth mental health services.

It’s not about endurance. It’s not about bravado.
It’s about connection, courage, and community.

Spin for spunout is a fun, inclusive, daytime sober party taking place across workplaces, schools, and third-level institutions in Ireland. Running from 10AM – 5 PM, the event raises funds and awareness for spunout, Ireland’s national youth charity supporting mental health and wellbeing through digital tools, resources, and 24/7 support services.

Think music, movement, energy, and connection – without the need for alcohol. Activities might include DJ sets, silent discos, spin bike challenges, dance battles, games, or simply a great party atmosphere with a powerful purpose.
