Vaping is an electronic version of smoking cigarettes, where vapour instead of smoke is inhaled from an e-cigarette. E-cigarettes do not contain tobacco but they do have nicotine and other chemicals.
Nicotine is a very addictive substance. But how do you know if you are addicted, and what can you do about it?
This quiz can give you an idea of whether or not you are addicted to vaping, but the only way to know for sure is to speak to a health professional.
