Are you a HSE patient or patient advocate?
Get involved with the planning and design stage of the Electronic Health Record (EHR) Programme
HSE / eHealth Ireland is organising four workshops over two days to create and develop Personas to support the development of the Electronic Health Record (EHR) Programme.
They are inviting patients and those who care or advocate for patients to attend on the morning of Wednesday, 1st February 2017. Separate workshops will be held for those who work in health services.
The Office of the Chief Information Officer and the Clinical Strategy and Programmes directorate are undertaking a process to develop Electronic Health Record Personas and Scenarios. A Persona is an outline view of the person. It presents a snapshot of their demographic details, their background, their underlying health status and their goals and frustrations. Each Persona will be accompanied by three Scenarios. A Scenario describes the person’s journey in relation to a particular interaction with the health service. The purpose of the workshops will be to create and develop Personas and Scenarios focused on users of the health service and those who work within the service.
The workshops will be limited to 100 people per session. The workshop is taking place in in George’s Hall, Dublin Castle, Dame Street, Dublin 2 on Wednesday, 1st February 2017 from 10am to 1pm.
