The HSE are launching a new campaign this month to encourage people to give up smoking. Throughout the month, the You Can Quit Facebook page will share advice you need to kick your smoking habit.

Everyone taking part in October Quest will be encouraged to use the HSE Quit services and each day there will be new tips, resources and opportunities to share how people are finding their quit journeys.

How to take part in October Quest

You don't need to quit smoking on October 1st in order to take part in October Quest. You can choose to quit at any point, and You Can Quit will be there to support you along the way.

Simply keep an eye on their Facebook page for a new post every day with new things you can try to stay off the cigarettes.

For further support, you can visit Quit.ie and sign up for a Quit Plan to help you give up the habit.
