It’s difficult to avoid news about the coronavirus, and constant updates about cases in Ireland and abroad. Schools and colleges have closed until March 29th as a precaution, and many other businesses are closing too.

With many people staying at home and avoiding social contact, it can be a difficult time for many people. We’d love to hear from young people across Ireland on how you can support yourself, your friends and your family. There are things we can all do to support our mental and physical health, as well support others who may be struggling with the uncertainty.
