Cobh Family Resource centre offers low-cost counselling in the community.
The Carrigtwohill Family Resource centre offers in-person counselling and psychotherapy services. The service also provides professional and confidential counselling services to those experiencing harmful gambling.
Carrigaline Family Support Centre works with communities and individuals to improve outcomes around children’s education, youth development and parent and family support. The centre offers a low-cost counselling service along with an extensive range of other mental health supports and services.

The organisation offers a wide range of supports and programmes to children and young people aged 0-18, through services and projects throughout the country. Bandon Family Resource Centre offers low cost counselling services to the community.
The Ballincollig Family Resource Centre works with communities and individuals to improve outcomes around mental health. The FRC offers a low-cost counselling service as well as play/art therapy along with a range of other supports services including parenting programmes.

Shannon Family Resource Centre offer low cost counselling service for young people and adults. Following an initial assessment clients will be offered 6 sessions. If you require more support, the counsellor will assist you in identifying a suitable plan.
Counselling is provided subject to funding, you may be placed on a waiting list.
The centre provides one to one support for individuals, offers low cost counselling and therapy for people over 12 years old. People can access social and education opportunities.
