Jigsaw is a nationwide charity that offers free therapy to young people between the age of 12-25, as well as delivering a range of supports to parents, educators and those working with young people. Jigsaw delivers this work online and across 18 locations in Ireland, including counties Cork, Donegal, Dublin (x7), Galway, Kerry, Limerick, Laois, Meath, Roscommon, Offaly, Tipperary and Wicklow. Jigsaw’s therapy is delivered by a trans-disciplinary team of mental health professionals and aims to support young people as early as possible their mental health journey.
