Mindspace Mayo provides free and confidential support in person for young people aged 12-25 in Mayo.
Our centre in the Market Square, Castlebar provides a welcoming space for young people to call in, get information or have a chat one–to-one with a support worker. If you’re going through a tough time Mindspace can help. There is no issue too small to see us about.
We also offer an outreach service in Ballina and Belmullet.
Social Anxiety Ireland provides those who experience social anxiety with the tools necessary to alleviate their distress and functionally engage with life.
Niteline provides an anonymous phone line listening, support and information service for students to talk about any issue
The National Counselling Service (NCS) provides free counselling to people age 18 or older who experienced childhood abuse or neglect, are former residents of a mother and baby home, or have a medical card.
One to one counselling and psychotherapy service for adolescents aged 12-20. Service users welcome to make a donation, with the upper limit being 60.
Exchange House Ireland, the National Travellers Service, provides front line and support services to marginalised travellers including one to one counselling.
Connect Counselling provides anonymous professional telephone counselling service for survivors of physical, emotional and sexual abuse.

SeniorLine provides a confidential helpline for older people and support provided by older volunteers.
Samaritans provides a 24-hour freephone number for anyone experiencing difficulty or who needs to talk.
Men’s Sheds provides support, information and resources to member's sheds, places for men to connect with each other and improve their own well being.
