Create a life quiz to remember a loved one
Creating a life quiz can be a way of exploring memories of your loved one who passed while finding out more about them
Losing a loved one is extremely difficult, and can bring up many emotions. Grief can affect people in different ways, and there is no right or wrong way to grieve.
It can take time to come to terms with the fact that a person is no longer with you. It’s important to give yourself the space you need to experience these feelings and remember to reach out to friends and family for support. There are also a number of support services available to help you at this time and throughout your grief process.
Creating a life quiz can be a way of exploring your own memories of your loved one who passed while connecting to those who knew your loved one. The intention of creating a life quiz is to help you focus on the person who lived rather than focusing on their death.
This quiz can be used whenever you choose, however it is commonly used to mark an anniversary of your loved one’s birth or death day. Below are a list of questions that you may want to include in the quiz.
It is best to make these questions with your family and friends who may only have answers to specific questions. Try to include questions that multiple people can answer, this way you can receive a variety of answers that build the complex and interesting person who lived.
