This September, is running our Healthy Living and we’re looking for young people across Ireland to add your voice to the campaign!

Get involved in the campaign

  • Have you moved to a plant based diet? How was the move? Any advice for others?
  • Do you have healthy recipes do you use that you want to share with others?
  • Have you recently started exercising or gotten back into it? How is it going? How are you keeping yourself motivated?
  • Do you have experience exercising in the evenings or when you’ve very little time? How do you go about doing it? Do you enjoy it?

We believe that young people across Ireland can help support each other to live healthier lives by their sharing stories, lived experiences, advice and recipes. If you’re between 16 and 25 years old and living in Ireland, we’d love to hear from you if you’re interested in writing an article or making a video.

You do not need any writing experience. We’ll help you out every step of the way giving you feedback and suggestions for your piece. Your piece will be posted on and our social media so that thousands of young people across Ireland will feel more supported and encouraged to live healthy lives.
