This is a difficult time for everyone, and it’s normal to feel sad, anxious or scared. Being told to stay at home, keep your distance from other people, and having to change your usual routine can be tough and cause some worry. Accessing mental health supports is also more challenging during this time, but it’s important to know that there is help out there.

We have put together a list of helpful articles and opinion pieces by other young people all around looking after your mental health during this pandemic. It's really important to take time to yourself and reach out to someone, whether it’s a friend, family member, or a service, if you’re struggling with your mental health or wellbeing.
