The ‘Creating Digital Pathways for Young People’ Conference, will take place from 9.30am on Wednesday, 18th January in the Harry Clarke Theatre, National College of Art and Design (NCAD). The half-day conference will focus on the sharing of best practise for developing the digital skills of young people and empowering them to be digital entrepreneurs.

The Digital Hub Development Agency, H2 Learning, Krzyzowa Foundation (Poland) and MFG Baden-Württemberg (Germany), alongside NCAD, have partnered to deliver this conference. The conference will share the outputs of the Erasmus+ funded project, ‘Digital Skills Pathways for Youth across Europe’ which was inspired by The Digital Hub Future Creators Programme.

Speaking ahead of the event, Bernard Hanratty, Acting Director of NCAD, said: “We are very much looking forward to the Digital Pathways conference, which will take place on the historic NCAD campus later this week. The event will also see the launch of the ‘Digital Pathways’ programme which will include resources for organisations and individuals working with young people all over Europe to improve their digital skills. NCAD is delighted to be a part of this innovative programme and collaborate with our neighbours in Dublin 8 – The Digital Hub and H2 Learning – as well as partners from Germany and Poland.”
